Why & who?
I want to revive my life, and document the process. I am staring down this journal for the millionth time and have no delusions that there will be a successful outcome. Having an online journal of my own will hopefully inspire at least one person: me! Find inspiration and motivation is hard especially for a slacker like moi. And if we are extremely luck, there are other people out there who could relate as well.

The name of the blog is a play on one of my favorite foodie films, Eat Drink Man Woman by Ang Lee. The blog will document everything related to: fitness, food, travels etc...
